Our SB250w is not your ordinary E Scooter, equipped with "Smart Technology" and bluetooth it enables you to connect your scooter to your smart device via our MiniRobot app allowing you to control an array of options such as maximum speed, battery regeneration, cruise control, and more. Extremely high build quality resolves many issues in similar e scooter designs. Our folding mechanism is one of the safest on the market. With a wide array of battery options we have scooters for every commuters need and budget. Our Smart Scooter is perfect for the urban commuter in densely populated areas, and is actually faster in rush hour than other modes of transportation. 

BATTERY OPTIONS:

  • 4.4AH - Has a maximum range of up to 8 miles under specific conditions, and is perfect for navigating a college campus, getting to your destination quickly after an Uber or Lyft ride, or just cruising around your neighborhood.  
  • 6.6AH - Has a maximum range of up to 13.5 miles. This mid range scooter is perfect if you may only need to use the full battery range on certain days. It gives you the flexibility to travel longer distances comfortably when needed. 
  • 7.8AH - Has a maximum range of up to 19 miles, and is ideal for the commuter in a densely populated area looking for an alternative method of transportation. Our scooters can be easily used to commute back and forth from work, school, and other daily activities.

FAQ:
Q: Are these the same as the Xiaomi M365?
A: No, our scooters use a different frame with reinforced welds to improve safety we also use different technology internally to power our scooters.
Q: What is the maximum weight limit?
A: Our frame can carry a rider in excess of 300lbs, where you will notice the difference with a heavier rider is loss in performance. We recommend our SB350w Smart Scooter or the Mercane Wide Wheel for riders over 200lbs. 
Q: Are your scooter suitable for kids?
A: We recommend the rider be at least 10 years of age to ride due to speed of the scooter. 
Q: Is your scooter water proof?
A: Currently there are no e-scooters available that are 100% waterproof even though some claim to be. Our scooter can sustain light splashes but cannot be left in wet conditions. 
Q: Do you sell replacement parts?
A: Yes, one benefit to owning an SB Smart scooter is we carry every part to keep your scooter on the road longer. 

                                            

    Refund Policy

    Returns
    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Book with obvious signs of use
    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
